Small Animal Services

All my services are carried out in your animals’ home environment

Daytime Drop-In Visits

Dropping in on your animals during the day for exercising, feeding and a general check-in while their family are out. Walks can be included.
 

Dog Walking

Walking your dogs locally during the day; walks are solo or carried out in family groups. Feeding can also be included. Off-lead walks are possible following assessment.

Overnight Stays

Staying overnight with your animals in their home, including for longer periods of time for family vacations etc. Stays are run alongside work with other clients; animals must be able to be left unattended for periods during the day.

Equine Services

Equine Daytime Care

Carrying out general daytime care duties for your equines, including bringing in/turning out, mucking out, grooming and feeding.

Duties must be fully outlined and agreed to ensure adequate time is allocated.

Pricing

I am fully insured for my services, this is reflected in my pricing.

Please note the suggested notice periods when requesting a service; this will increase my ability to meet your needs.

 

(A small additional fee may be applicable on services involving numberous animals with individual needs)

Payment and Cancellations

Full Day and Overnight Stays

Request for a pre-payment of 50% of your service total can be expected; this is a booking fee to reserve your dates. Failure to pay this when required may result in your service slot not being secured.

Cancellation Policy: This payment is non-refundable for cancellations within 4 weeks of the service start date. Booking fees are refunded for cancellations made more than 4 weeks ahead.

Cancellations due to animal illness will be fully refunded.

 

Walks and Daytime Drop-ins

Request for a pre-payment of 50% of your service total can be expected for block bookings (e.g. one-off week long daily arrangement); this is a booking fee to reserve your dates. Failure to pay this when required may result in your service slot not being secured.

Full payment for rolling walks and drop-ins should be received prior to the session in order to secure your slot. Failure to pay this when required may result in your service slot not being secured. 

Cancellation Policy: Payment for a single walk or drop-in is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours of the service date. Booking fees are refunded for cancellations made more than 48 hours ahead.

Cancellations due to animal illness will be fully refunded.

 

Payment for your specific service will be discussed with you during the booking process.
